30 Meal Challenge (Meals 26-30): The Final 5!

I’m glad I took the 30 meal challenge even if it took me well over 30 days! Finding time to really focus and figure out my family’s “meal vision” has helped tremendously. I’ve decided to rotate (and continue to master) about 25 meals instead of the original plan of 30. I still have to refine a few recipes, and work more on sides, but I’m excited to start the next phase of rotation (this week!), which I will be sure to blog about.

    I love your stir fry. 🙂 My daughter loves going out with her dad hunting lol (she is a real princess but I think she loves that daddy time) anyway, she shot a rabbit a couple of weeks ago and made “rabbit pie”. I will have to get you that recipe to try, I think you will love it (you won’t have to go hunt the rabbit though lol)
