Chicken, Roasted Peppers and Hummus Pita

  • ½ cup roasted red peppers
  • 1 pound chicken (cooked)
  • 4-6 whole wheat pitas warmed and cut in half
  • ½ cup hummus
  • 2-3 cups raw spinach
  1. Put the desired amount of hummus, chicken, red peppers and spinach in each pita. Enjoy!
